Jan, the wife of one of the key players in the creation of GenerationsUnite, had recently begun the journey of caring for her father who lived 9 hours away. She soon realized how difficult it was to find and communicate with caregivers long-distance. She sought a way to be active in her father’s care and communicate with his caregivers more efficiently.

Jan’s husband, Arnie and the team at Cornerstone Solutions Group, created GenerationsUnite as a way to give families like Jan’s the ability to encircle their loved ones with a community of care. A community that spans distance and includes family members, caregivers, care providers, and others committed to the person in care.

The GenerationsUnite Community

GenerationsUnite began connecting families, in-home health care providers, adult daycare providers and caregivers in 2009. By utilizing the GenerationsUnite tool, all involved in care giving work together to provide the highest quality care. GenerationsUnite makes communicating easy and immediate.
